RF MIS ("the App") is a field data collection and management application developed by Dhwani Rural Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. ("Dhwani RIS", "we", "us") for Reliance Foundation programs. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 User Account Information

When you log in to the App, we collect your email address and authentication credentials to verify your identity and provide access to program-specific features.

2.2 Field Data

The App collects program-related data submitted by field workers, including:

  • Beneficiary names and demographic information
  • Phone numbers
  • Financial information (bank account status, loan details)
  • Agricultural and livelihood data
  • Training and capacity building records

2.3 Location Data

The App collects GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, and accuracy) when you submit field data. This is used to verify the geographic location of data collection activities. Location is captured only at the time of form submission with your device's location services enabled.

2.4 Device Information

We collect device identifiers and app version information for troubleshooting and audit purposes.

2.5 Photos and Files

The App allows you to capture and upload photos and documents as part of field data submissions. These are stored on our servers and associated with the relevant program records.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Authenticate users and manage access to program features
  • Collect, store, and process field data for Reliance Foundation programs
  • Enable multi-level approval workflows for submitted data
  • Generate reports and analytics for program monitoring
  • Verify geographic coverage of program activities

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers managed by Dhwani RIS. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Role-based access controls
  • Geographic-based data visibility restrictions
  • Regular security assessments

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Data collected through the App is shared only with:

  • Reliance Foundation program teams (as part of program operations)
  • Authorized approvers within the approval workflow
  • System administrators for technical support

6. Data Retention

Program data is retained for the duration of the program and as required by Reliance Foundation's data retention policies. User account information is retained as long as the account remains active.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data stored in the system
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account (subject to program requirements)

8. Offline Data

The App stores data locally on your device for offline use. This data is synchronized with the server when an internet connection is available. Clearing the App's data from your device settings will remove locally stored data.
